ORDERS

Can I make an order without creating an account?
Yes, simply enter your e-mail and contact on the checkout
page. This will not create an account for you, it will simply allow us to stay
in touch with you for your order. However, creating an account will make your
orders and account management easier, so that you can access it on any device,
saving your addresses and processing any requests more easily.

How do I use my voucher?
You can use your voucher by entering your voucher code on
the Gift Card or discount code box at the checkout.

Can I update or modify my Order/Address?
With a service focused approach we rely on automations to dispatch your orders at the earliest possible, we cannot guarantee address/order modifications for your orders.

- Please send your request to info@aquaglint.com

- Before Order is Dispatched: In case we process your request prior to the order being dispatched from the warehouse we would do the needful.

- After Order is Dispatched: In case we process your request after the order is shipped, we would not able to modify the address or the order. You will have to coordinate with the carrier yourself for the address. 

Can I cancel my order?
Order once confirmed, we would not be able to cancel.

With a service focused approach we rely technology and automations to dispatch your orders at the earliest possible. Due to the quick turnaround time, once your order is confirmed, our team would not be able to cancel it.

The only option would be to refuse the shipment upon delivery, if you do not wish to receive the purchase.

Refunds for Refused Shipments – Once we receive the returned package, we would process the refund.

The shipping cost depending on your country to UAE, will be deducted from the purchase amount. The return package in certain cases will require additional customs duty and handling fees depending on the respective country, these will also be deducted from the purchase amount.

If the shipment was delivered free of charge to you, as a part of our promotions or any special discount, the return package shipment will still be charged to you and deducted from the purchase amount.

 I have a missing item in my order. What do I do?
We have multiple checkpoint based procedure to ensure
there is no missing pieces in your order. Please get in touch with the customer support, sharing the order details & pictures to explain the concern. We will assess & help to get it resolved.

What if my item is damaged or defected?

WARRANTY

What Is Your 5 Year Color Warranty?
All Aqua Glint products come
with a 5 years color warranty.

If any of your products have color fading or discoloration we will provide you with store credit of the full amount of your product that you can use to buy the same product or any other product your choice free of charge.

Please contact our customer support team at info@aquaglint.com along with pictures of the discolored product and your order details.

What you mean by store credit?
Store credit means we will send you a unique code equivalent to the full amount of the product you when your purchased. You can use this code to shop the same piece from our website or any other product.

What does the 5 Years Color warranty cover?
- It means the coating gold color won’t fade.
- Gold Color Coating color does not tarnish/oxidize.
- There will be no discoloration in any piece.

What’s not covered in the warranty?
- Gemstones or Beads are not covered.
- Damage, scratches, chips/scuffs due to rough handling/wear & tear.
- Broken or damaged jewelry
- Lost, stolen or misplaced parts

How ​​Do I Make A Claim On My Warranty?
If your jewelry has color fading or tarnishing, please contact us with explaining the concern along with pictures & order details. Our team will review and get back to you at the earliest.

What Can I Do If I received a gift and don’t have proof of purchase?
If your piece is received as a gift don't worry, we can still offer our 5 year Color Warranty. Please get in touch with us to guide you on the further.

What Do I Do If My Jewellery Is Lost Or Stolen?Unfortunately, our Color Warranty does not cover the loss or theft of any pieces.

My jewelry broke/ got damaged, is it covered in the warranty?
Unfortunately, our Color Warranty does not cover the broken or damaged pieces.

Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?
Custom Duties & Local Taxes: Unless specifically mentioned by Aqua Glint, all orders are subject to country specific Customs Duty charges, local taxes and handling charges. These charges vary according to the country of destination and ongoing import laws. These charges are to be borne by the recepient of the order(i.e. customer/receiver purchasing the order). Customs duty charges, local taxes and handling charges are not refundable.

Do you ship to my country?
We deliver all over the world, however, there are some countries that are not being covered by our courier partners. You can find on the checkout page itself. We do not ship to PO Box, APO/FPO address.

What do I need to present at the time of delivery?
Please keep a document that has your name and your ID on it with you at the time of delivery for a faster and seamless delivery experience (national ID card, passport, driving license, etc.)

How can I change my order's delivery address?
Unfortunately is not possible to modify the address. However, please get in touch with us to check if we can help you.

My order was delivered to the wrong address.

Where do I find my return Airway Bill (AWB) number?
You can see your Airway Bill (AWB) number by easily going to your order details through My Account. Please keep in mind that the AWB will be available only after your order is dispatched.

RETURN & REFUND

What is your return policy?

UAE RETURNS - 7 Days

All products purchased will be refunded through store credit/gift vouchers.
We offer returns up to 7 days after we receive your items. Please note that we can only accept returns for unworn items, returned with the tags on the products & in the packaging they were shipped in.
Earrings once purchase cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
We will issue the refund in the form of store credit of 100% value of your product, within 48 hours of receiving the goods and reviewing them.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS - 7 Days
We offer store credit for any items returned internationally upon receipt. For international returns we can accept a return request up to 7 days after the delivered date, you will need to return the goods back to us with your own courier.
Earrings once purchase cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Please note that we can only accept returns for unworn items, returned with the tags on the products & in the packaging they were shipped in.

To ship an item back please email info@aquaglint.com with your order number and details of the item/s you would like to return. Once our team have confirmed & provided the return address, pack your item(s) and invoice into the original packaging it came in.

On the Airway Bill, please include your invoice number and note ""Return shipment to UAE”.

If you choose to return your item using normal untracked delivery then, please ensure you get proof of postage, otherwise we cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing on its return.

Which payment methods do you accept?
A secure shopping experience is a priority and a guarantee, and your details remain private and encryped. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard credit/debit cards, Apple pay and Google Pay.

Do you accept cash on delivery(COD)?
Yes, we accept cash on delivery only for orders in the United Arab Emirates.
COD orders is not available for any other country at the moment.


Are my bank details trusted for online payments?
We use encryption standards that secures the data you provide to us, ensures it is safe and not accessible to any third party.

RESIZE, RE-COAT & REPAIR

Resizing of Rings:
Due to the characteristics of the material and its specialized manufacturing process rings once made cannot be resized. Please refer to the size guide here to understand which size would suit you the best.

Re-coating, Re-plating & Repairing Products:
Due to the characteristics of the material and its specialized manufacturing process products once made cannot be re plated/re-coated or repaired as other jewelry products.
